EVENT BOOKING GUIDE

How it works:

 

In order to ensure your date is secured, a 50% down, non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance is due one week prior to your event.

 

Set up, tear down & clean up must be done within your booked time frame. Please account for any additional time needed when booking.

 

Keep in mind, this is a collaborative, multifunctional space. There very well could be photography sessions or another event directly before or after your event. Photography sessions have a 15 minute buffer time before and after sessions to utilize common spaces. Please be mindful that they may be entering/exiting on the ¼ hour.

Pricing:

Minimum 2hr booking for $300

Additional time is $100/hr

Additional tables & chairs are available to rent 6’ table w/ 6 chairs for $20

Additional layouts, setup/teardown services available starting at $200

Add on services must be coordinated at time of booking

You are welcome to bring in food & beverages. A licensed bartender is required for any alcohol service. We have a list of trusted vendors! Let us know if we can make any suggestions.

You will receive detailed check in/out procedures 48 hours prior to your event with a personalized code for entry.

Check in/ check out procedures:

• Here are a few details for you to relay to everyone in your party:

• All doors lock automatically. Keep your code handy for re-entry or have someone available to monitor the doors

• Do not drag the furniture across the floors. If you plan to move anything around, please have two or more people assist.

• Lockers are located by the front door. Feel free to utilize for personal belongings.

Before you leave, please complete the following:

• Put all tables and chairs back against the wall in the Flex Suite between the curtains. If furniture was moved, please put it back where you found it.

• Sweep up any food or trash.

• Wipe down tables, counters, and bar top (cleaning supplies under kitchen sink)

• Take out all trash to the dumpster located in the back alley.

• Replace trash bags (located under the kitchen sink)

• Remove all outside food/drinks from the refrigerator.

• Ensure all doors are shut securely before leaving.

• Notify us of any damages immediately so we can ensure a great experience for the next guest.

• If exit duties are not completed, a $250 fee will be applied.
